Track record.

SA Bulk is new to South Australia, but the operation behind it is not. Our principals run one of Western Australia’s largest bulk haulage fleets, and the same systems, people and standards have come east with us.

Spoil the others could not move

Tunnel and excavation spoil on the Perth Metro project proved too difficult for other haulage contractors to carry. The work was directed to WA Sand Supply & Haulage, who mobilised the fleet, set up the loading and disposal cycle and kept the excavation program moving.

The lesson we brought to South Australia: the right combinations, enough drivers and a disciplined cycle time matter more than anything else on a spoil job.

Sand, aggregate and fill at infrastructure scale

Road, rail and utility projects across Western Australia supplied and carted with a fleet that grew to more than 100 trucks. Work for major quarry operators built a record that saw the group invited into South Australia.

Mobilised in Adelaide

Yard established at Burton, five semi tippers and directly employed drivers carting quarry products for a major quarry operator from day one, with the operator asking for more trucks than we currently run. New truck-and-dog sets are arriving in stages to meet that demand.

Specified for Adelaide’s biggest infrastructure program

Our new Scania truck-and-dog combinations were ordered to the Torrens to Darlington project’s vehicle specification, so they are ready for the major project environment: compliant, new and supported by a company that already runs them at scale.
