Haulage services

Quarry and plant cartage

Aggregates, road base, sand and rubble from the quarry to your site or plant, on quarry rate cards or a quoted per-tonne rate. We cart for quarry operators, concrete and asphalt plants and directly for contractors.

Infrastructure and tunnelling haulage

Tunnel spoil out and imported material in for road, rail, tunnel and utility projects. Our new truck-and-dog sets are built to Torrens to Darlington project specification.

Embedded trucks on contract

Dedicated trucks and drivers allocated to your project on a day rate, so you control the loading and the program without running your own fleet.

Spoil removal

Clean fill, rock and general spoil carted from excavations, basements and trenches in end tippers to the facility you nominate, or one we arrange.

The trucks you book are the trucks that turn up

Reliability is the product. Here is how we deliver it.

  • Drivers employed directly, with spare drivers held as cover
  • Trucks dispatched from our Burton yard, minutes from the northern quarries and the Northern Expressway
  • Operations manager allocating the fleet daily and on call during the shift
  • New Scania prime movers with scheduled servicing, backed by the group’s maintenance capability
  • Delivery dockets for every load, with tonnes and product recorded

Safety and Chain of Responsibility

We operate under the Heavy Vehicle National Law and take our Chain of Responsibility duties seriously — for our drivers and for the parties we work with.

Fatigue management

Work and rest hours planned into every allocation, with trained drivers and records kept for every shift.

Maintained fleet

New equipment on scheduled servicing, daily pre-start checks and defect reporting.

Mass and loading

Loads within mass limits for the combination and route, with dockets to prove it.

Inducted drivers

Site inductions, quarry inductions and security clearances arranged before the first load, including sites that require police clearance.

Heavy vehicle accreditation (NHVAS) for the South Australian operation is in progress with an external adviser.

Haulage questions

What combinations do you run?

Semi tippers today, with new Scania truck-and-dog sets (40 and 44 tonne payloads) arriving in stages from October 2026. All bodies are end tipping.

Can we have trucks dedicated to our project?

Yes. Embedded trucks are supplied on a day rate with a dedicated driver, allocated to your project for the period you need, under your site supervision.

Do you work on quarry rate cards?

Yes. We cart for quarry operators under their rate cards and can quote per-tonne or per-hour rates for contractors.

What areas do you cover?

Adelaide metropolitan and the northern, southern and Hills growth corridors as standard, and regional South Australia by arrangement.

How do you manage fatigue and compliance?

Drivers are directly employed, inducted and trained in fatigue management under the Heavy Vehicle National Law, with Chain of Responsibility obligations written into how we book, load and schedule work. Our heavy vehicle accreditation program is in progress with an external adviser.

Need trucks on your project?

Call with the material, tonnes, sites and dates. We will confirm the combination, the rate and the trucks, or send you our rate card.
